I wonder how many jobs will be "reshaped" out the door?

But they've promised not to boot employees out the door and shouldn't we believe politically motivated promises. They must think all state IT employees have the IQ of a tree frog to believe that they would just leave 1,200 employees alone if none of them elected to go with IBM or Northrup. Why aren't the elected officials getting this? Because they've been feed a line, the party line right from the start? Warner, Huang, and Newstrom all have said in the past that they didn’t know how much money was being spent in IT when they came into office. Well, they might have some figures now, but they change depending upon how they want to use it. Are they really going to save money? I don’t think so. I really hope this comes back to bite Warner when he runs for President, but as we all know, the blame will be laid at someone else’s doorstep.

Warner will have already run and lost before everyone else learns that the emperor has no clothes.
