All's Well on the Bataan Death March

The US has raised it's terrorism alert level to "Red" for the first time. A plot to attack the US via flights from the UK is foiled at the last minute. There are at least 18 flights to Richmond International Airport from London scheduled just for today.

But according to the Commonwealth's government web presence, there's nothing worth mentioning. Virginia.gov says there's no problem, or rather, doesn't say there is a problem. Assuming you can find where they would say there is a problem if there was a problem (follow that?).

The Department of Emergency Management says there's no problem.

The Office of Commonwealth Preparedness doesn't seem to care.

Is everyone off this week for National Lollipop Day?

At least it mentions the heat advisory from two weeks ago.
