Richmond Schools will no longer provide healthcare benefits to older retirees. That means about 1,500 former employees have until the end of the month to find new coverage. Richmond's school administration decided not to renew the contract with Anthem last month. It says it's just too expensive to insure retirees who are more than 65-years-old.
