SIDNEY, Neb. - A judge said a 5-foot-1 man convicted of sexually assaulting a child was too small to survive in prison, and gave him 10 years of probation instead.

This just flat-out baffles me. The guy sexually assaulted a child, for pete's sake! Did he take into account the height of the child? I say, throw him in with the wolves so he can see what it's like to be victimized.
