Alison Anderson, a web radical in a world of web radicals, has begun a crusade. A crusade for the holy grail of recycling: a bin. Coming from the DEQ Waste Department, recycling is apparently a passion. So much so that she has taken her crusade as far as the dumpsters themselves.

Some say she is an extremist. Some say she is a dreamer. Some say she's just nuts. Who knows for sure?

All I can say is, get the woman a recycling bin, or one dark and stormy night, when you least expect it, Phat Alison will be in your face demanding an explanation and a come-upence. And you will have to answer her.

Or run away screaming. Your choice.

But who will speak for the dumpsters?
