The Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA) has prepared two briefs addressing the transformation of state government IT. The first discusses how VITA's partnership with Northrop Grumman will transform the state’s information technology infrastructure to bring 21st century technology to the business of government. The second brief explains how Virginia can leverage IT transformation for homeland security.
